Dr. Hardy-Cartwright, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Hardy completed her residency in OB/GYN in June 1987 at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Since that time, she has been serving the patients of Anne Arundel County.

Before entering Medical School, Dr. Hardy graduated with a BA degree in Biology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. She completed her Medical Education at Howard University College of Medicine.

Since 1989, she has maintained board certification by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Hardy resides in Annapolis with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.



Dr. Mesie Rogers, M.D.
Dr. Rogers completed her residency in OB/GYN in June 2007 at Western Pennsylcania Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA (an affiliate of Temple University Medical School).

She completed her medical education at Northeastern Ohio University's College of Medicine.

Before entering medical school, Dr. Rogers graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Sciences and minored in Chemistry at the University of Akron in Ohio.

Dr. Rogers relocated to Annapolis, MD from Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and two year old daughter. She enjoys cooking, working out and traveling with her family.



Linda Follette, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner



Linda has been working in New Jersey since she graduated from the nursing program at the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1976. She worked in a community hospital in Labor and Delivery, Maternity, and Nursery. She became a Lamaze instructor and loved being able to follow her couples through the entire delivery process when they came to the hospital.

After 14 years, she moved to the High Risk Perinatal Unit at St. Peters University Hospital. After 7 years there, she transferred to the Perinatal Evaluation and Treatment area, an emergency room for pregnant women. During this time she became certified in infusion pump therapy during pregnancy.

In 2004, she entered the Masters in Nursing, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program at Stony Brook University, NY. While working full time, she completed the program in May 2007, and began working part time at a small OB-GYN office in Elizabeth, NJ.

Linda has one newly married daughter, Melanie, presently living in Silver Spring, MD. She loves to quilt and sew all things, the beach, and spending time with her family. She is so happy to be a part of this practice!
